My ancestors are not risen from their deaths and guiding me from Heaven,
so with one life I am searching and I have found evidence of God.
The key to my divine discovery is synchronicity -
the knowledge of our Universe in humanity.

Synchronicity is visible in everything which relates to humankind, from the near approach of Earth and Mars on an American president's birthday to the cataclysmic Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami which coincided with the birth of a beloved and famous television personality. It's recognized but unkept. The majority of us, when we look at our Sun and other stars, don't give it another thought; our Sun is too bright and we're too dim to contemplate it, we might believe. Meaningful coincidence, kismet, grace, synchronicity, it's a mystery we've all experienced and I've taken it a few steps further to show how events of all levels of importance are connected. I'm not building a better computer or engineering a better cow, I'm saying there's no separation between us and God. Language is human-created and generated, all from the same singular source and one of the tricks to understanding the miracle of synchronicity is the discovery of the intimate and luminous link between humankind and the system of Earth and sky, our system of great industrial and individual innovations and ideas, of family and personal evolution.

2003 - The close encounter of Earth and Mars. The last time Mars was as close had been 60,000 years prior.
1962 - America's NASA Mariner 2 spacecraft departed Earth for Venus.
1908 - U.S. President Lyndon Johnson was born.

who's with me?

I had the most profound experience of my life Sunday morning. It was shared amongst 5 of us, and led by myself. Listening to my friend describe how he was looking at people and seeing through their skin, into them, and I opened my eyes to experience the same thing. The clarity was remarkable. The woods were so beautiful, the grass was a massive flower of life. Closing my eyes it was like a massive knot, twisting and turning into itself in constant motion. I could slow this movement with my breath, and when I did, the world outside of me that I was hearing slowed down too. At one point it felt and sounded like a pressure bubble getting released from the back of my neck. I became aware and was able to effect things in the physical world with my mind. I laughed, and I cried. I delivered a message, the one written above, to a large group of people sitting around me. I am not sure if this message came from me, and feel as if it was channeled through me. I wrote the passage above as soon as I got back to my computer. As I was typing, I began bawling tears of joy, hope, compassion, tears of raw emotion. It had been a very long time since I have cried, and probably never like that before. I continue to reflect on this experience, and would like to discuss with anyone who has had similar experiences.

Salvia Divinorum and DMT

has anybody tried both? If so, can you please compare and contrast the experiences of Salvia with DMT. I have tried Salvia a few times now, albiet at a low extract (5x) and very cautiously with deep respect.

I am just curious how close Sally D is to DMT since they both have comparable trip times.

Entities? The Other? One and the same?

Through my numerous DMT experiences, I have never encountered any entities. Only 'the Other', Which very quickly becomes ME.
My experiences have mostly been like this:

After the 2nd or 3rd pull off of an oil pipe, I start to feel the 'rush'. Immediately after closing my eyes, I start to see 'the Chrysanthemum' unfolding brighter and brighter in front of me and I am pushed (pulled?) into and through 'the Chrysanthemum'. I'm flying through hyperspace and there is nothing but the pattern, and all of a sudden, I no longer exist. I have no past, no future, no sense of time. No memories of who I am or where I've been. All that exists is the now, all that exists is what is happening now and forever, and that is ME.
What is happening there/here, is that i'm/we're singing. Singing reality into existence. And all of a sudden I/We realize this is what I've/We've always been doing, and I'm/We're doing it because It's SO WONDERFUL. It feels SO GOOD. There's no other reason, no other purpose for existence, other than to EXIST. And it's BEAUTIFUL. And it goes on Forever, no beginnings, no endings, only creation through the joy and love of creation and experience.
And then I open my eyes and realize I'm back. I realize I'm 'high', and I remember who I am. Usually I'm rolling around on the floor by this time holding my face, simultaneously crying and laughing in ecstatic joy.

My belief is that 'the Other' chooses to reveal the truth to us however we need it to be revealed. Whether that is through immersion of the godhead and spontaneous realization, or through the encounter of entities who reveal 'teachings' or symbols with metaphoric meaning to us. I believe it has to do with each individual's incarnation of ego, and how that incarnation is prepared to deal with Absolute Truth.

What is The Other ? What do you call it ? ... Can you point at it !? ... Embellish what you see !

What is the IT ?... the ALLTHATITTHATALL that... thing that knows us right back, as long as we have existed... gradually shows itself in mirrored facets, in eyes, holding still, going 'flick' and Fwooosh ! ... showing off to me ! The Other is so busy sometimes... in a frantic subatomic consciousness pouring in every direction !

The Other is an Hyperspatial Superconscious Jellyfish with "matter" tipped tentacles, eyes and jewels on each arm ... a multidimensional Being hanging in hyperspace, and for a few minutes I'm a hot liquid gem docked in it's belly... seeing it from the inside out.

...then I vibrate 'solid' again, hardening back into my body in warm waves. .. and I can remember again, when we're awake, all sentient beings are like the jeweled eyes in it's tentacles !!

Amazing simple clean DMT extraction
How to easily make DMT:
=======================
Break 1-Pound of Mimosa Hostilis rootbark into 2" pieces and grind it all up in a glass-topped blender, a little at a time.

Polar Extraction: Premix in an empty 1-Gallon plastic jug: 1-Quart White Vinegar & 3-Quarts Water. Put the ground up Mimosa in a 3-Liter crockpot, then fill it with the water-vinegar solution. Stir well and turn it on "high". After 2 hours, remove the crockpot ceramic liner, hold the lid on slightly offset, and pour off most of the liquid into a 1-gallon wide-mouthed glass or stainless container. Add the remaining water-vinegar solution to the crockpot again. Stir well and turn it on "high". After 2 hours, remove the crockpot ceramic liner, hold the lid on slightly offset, and pour off all of the liquid into the same container again. Discard the rootbark fiber and save the two combined extractions in the 1-gallon container. Allow the vegetable particles in the extraction in the 1-gallon container to settle to the bottom overnight. Then pour off the liquid into an empty 1-Gallon glass wine jug, being careful not to pour off any of the vegetable sludge at the bottom. Discard the sludge and keep the contents of the wine jug.

Basification: Premix in advance a solution of: 5 Tablespoons (63grams) of Sodium Hydroxide ("Red Devil" lye) with 1-Pint of WARM Water. Stir well. Slowly add this solution to the wine jug, then cap the jug. Gently tilt the wine jug back and forth for 1 full minute to mix the contents.

Nonpolar Extraction: Add 250ml of (Ace Hardware)VM&P Naptha to the wine jug. Add exactly enough warm water to the jug to raise the liquid level to an inch below the top, then cap the jug. Gently tilt the wine jug slowly back and forth for 5 full minutes to mix the contents. Allow the jug to sit undisturbed on a table for at least 4 hours. There should now be two layers visible in the jug, a lower dark one and a smaller clear one on top filling the neck of the jug. Use a glass turkey baster to suck up the top clear layer into a pint mason jar. Be careful not to suck up any of the lower brown/black layer into the mason jar.

Freeze-precipitation/wash: place the sealed mason jar in a FREEZER for 3 days to precipitate the crystals. Prepare a filter setup by placing a funnel into a quart mason jar and putting a small coffee filter paper into the funnel. Shake the naptha in the mason jar strongly to stir up all the crystals at the bottom and quickly pour while still very cold into the funnel for filtering. Impure yellow-white DMT crystals will be seen on the coffee filter paper. Allow the crystals to completely dry out on the filter paper in the funnel. Premix a wash solution by mixing equal parts of Distilled Water and NON-SOAPY clear Ammonium Hydroxide(Ace Hardware Janitorial Strength Ammonia) into a pint container. Slowly pour 100ml of the wash solution over the crystals (still in the filter paper) to wash them. Remove the filter paper from the funnel, spread it out flat and allow the crystals to COMPLETELY dry out. You will now have 2-1/2 grams of white crystal DMT. At least 50 strong doses. Mix it with some parsley and smoke a little in your favorite pipe!

The Earth suit is to collect memorys,
sight, touch,sound,taste......gravity.

without these memorys, we could not traverse the Dream world,
for we would just be an un-aware fractal.

We take our collected memorys of the third demension,
and use them to experience the Dream.

we can see within the Dream world
we can touch within the dream word
we can taste within the dream world
we can move around within the dream world

basically, because we have attained a state of self awarness thru evolution on earth
we maintain this self awareness as we cross back into the Dream every night.

at what point, is there enough memory collected, to permantly stay in the Dream world,
Does the body here on earth, have to be stablized in order to keep dreaming (like some freaky scenario from the MATRIX movie)

or can the tether be severed, and we can permanently reside within the Dream, forever

The dream world is a substance of fractal
Life here on earth is this same fractal substance, somehow poking thru from the dream and stablizing, like congealed consciousness.

As the fractal ages, and keeps turning in on itself, experiencing itself, it developes memory.
History is the macro memory, knowing what you look like is the micro memory.

Trip to the Unified Field?

My life has been completely changed since my first flash with spice.it has sent me on a beautiful journey.I feel the spirit of the universe alive in me.Teaching,leading me.I've wondered what it is that I'm seeing while on spice and eyes covered.I've thought about it being another dimension,a computer program designed by aliens,and on and on.I've felt that it is everything,all knowledge is there.I feel like it has been telling me to get into meditation.I found a labyrinth in the town I'm living in and went down to walk it.I tried pushing my thoughts away and focus on my breathing as I was walking the path.Spice kept coming back,the feeling,I kept pushing it out and it would come back.So I said..ok,you want me to think on this....on my last turn,coming into the center of the labyrinth a thought came and hit me like a cinder block to the chest.It told me that spice opens the unified field.Pure energy,pure intelligence that is in every atom.Does this sound right to you?I feel like the universe showed me this,but maybe it was just my first time clearing my head enough to add things up,or maybe I'm totally wrong.

Drink with DMT??

Anyone ever dreamt of having a few alcoholic drinks before puffing on spice?? How did it affect the experience?? Of course I couldn't POSSIBLY comment, but a friend of my second cousin says that a few beers before a pipe helps him glide into the experience much easier, with less fear, and tends to be stronger and more blissful. All this with upbeat trance or psytrance in the background, giving the ultimate rollercoaster ride. Oh, it helps stop his palms sweating before blast off :-)

I am told that too much beer (or wine or vodka - whatever) can be detrimental to the quality of the visuals though, and one can remember much less of the experience, so not recommended.

Are there any contraindications with drink and spice?? It sounds like a good combo to me.

This is a repost of something i posted in the group "psychonauts" but it is relevant to here also... so here we go ::

I want to know what you see when you get high, when your psylocin kicks in or your dmt peaks (or whatever else). I'm curious as to what your brains perceive, because I imagine they're much different from mine.

In trade I will share a recent exploration with my friend Dimitri :

I took a good few drags off of my pipe, the smoke was pretty thick. At the tail end of re-lighting it and finishing the dose i had put in there, the pipe began to look alien or foreign to me and i didnt feel any air coming into my mouth even though I knew I was inhaling. Lighting it was confusing almost like my body was doing it on purpose. But I figured out what i was doing anyway and finished my last drag...

I put the pipe down on my now very brilliantly purple felted box and turned back to facing my bedroom from a corner on my bed, and felt like something had put its hand or finger under my chin as to lift my head and say "Pay Attention." I lifted my head and I closed my eyes after seeing the roof of my bedroom come off and parts of my room fly out and be replaced with other doll furniture and doll toys. I had a white lace umbrella near me (open) in a papasan directly to the left of me, and it appeared to spin and get brighter with each heart beat.

My eyes now closed my mind went into the same type of organization I had gone through two times before with this kind of dose. It's as if my mind organizes my thoughts in visual form for me, arrows, patterns cutting off slices of my vision to be set aside for one specific item at a time, each section different. Arrows criss crossing around and little bridges of color flying around, creating new pathways. I can't remember the specifics of the items that appeared, but they were like little icons. Flat 1 dimensional icons - like of an elephant would just be a solid elephant icon in blue, or blue with spots in the shape of an elephant.

Without control, of course, my mind would select an image and then zoom in to it, creating a whole new group of images and bridges in front of me.

Sometimes I follow the pathways, sometimes i select items to look at (seemingly through curiosity.. i dont know if there's reason behind which items i look at just yet..). It's always very delightful, lots of colors and different things to keep me very entertained and busy..

When I OPEN my eyes, things are very cartoony and cut off into specific shapes. Like if I had a tooth brush laying on the ground or something, it wouldn't be 3d it would most likely pop out, looking like a paper representation of the same item with a glow around it..

When the visuals fade off I usually lay and think for a little while, giving myself a cool down period kind of thing.

The things DMT shows me are beautiful and bright, entertaining and perfect. Beautiful colors and items that I love. Like my own personal little toy box in my brain that I only get to play with when I visit Dimitri. I felt very much like a little doll after this vision, i made sure my roof was closed before I laid down to think this time... hehe

Do you have any fond memories from visions past that you would like to share? I would love to hear them in any way that you can try to explain. I am curious =)

The biblical Moses may have been "high" at Mount Sinai, an Israeli researcher posited.

Benny Shanon, a professor of cognitive psychology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, has argued that the miraculous sights and sounds in the Exodus account of God's giving of the Torah to Moses may have been drug induced.

Shanon, who published his theory in the scholarly journal Time and Mind, said the Mount Sinai spectacle recalled a "trip" he experienced after drinking psychotropic drugs of a kind that can be found in some desert plants.

"I experienced visions that had spiritual-religious connotations," Ha'aretz quoted Shanon as saying. "It seems logical that something was altered in people's consciousness. There are other stories in the Bible that mention the use of plants: for example, the tree of the knowledge of good and evil in the
Garden of Eden."

But he added, "I have no direct proof of this interpretation."

According to Shanon, the drug theory is more feasible than other explanations for the Mount Sinai story -- that indeed the Israelites communicated with God -- or that it is all just a fairy tale.

I leaned back into the hammock sideways and the sound collided with my aurals like God was crumpling a bag of UTZ chips against my ears. The searing pain in my hip was immediately taken care of. I tried not to look at P because he was weird looking, humans always are, but I might test that theory later. The trees became solid like vector graphics yet remained very much alive. As I stared upwards the sky quite suddenly turned yellow and through the spiraling pattern of the tree tops I fought the vision of a white serpentine woman whose spindly arm and fingers reached down to beckon me into her presence. I could not handle this occurrence, she was long and white with navy and magenta lines and her body slid backwards beyond what I could see. I was very aware of the inside of my mouth and I felt as if I had destroyed all of my teeth. My tongue was frantic to confirm / deny this. I got anxious and thought of many things that were on my mind and I felt as if I were coming down. I didn't want to be seeing any of this anymore, for some reason. P stated something about me "fighting it," and as soon as I tried to deny it in my head I realized I really was. The ground at that point began to sprout nature, spout nature in a continuous flow of foliage from the ground. As the plants exceeded their boundaries I came down and laughed because my cat was licking hamburger grease off some tin foil from the day before.

Once you arrive in Cusco everything including sessions will be paid and catered for. Internal flights though will need to be paid by you. If you want to join me just for the amazon leg after the conference I have organised a 7 day 6 night amazon shamanic adventure it will be $780 = $130 pr day. Again everything will be catered for including aya sessions. We will be going to see Percy Garcia. He has been working with medicinal plants for over 25 years since he was 12 years old. He is about 48 kilometers outside of Iquitos. We should get 2 or 3 ayahuasca sessions in, in that time. I am wondering what my fellow psychonauts think about this. Do you think the spice elves are in your head, or outside of this reality?

I believe I have experienced the alien presence.. but I can't say I feel it comes from outside. I see it is analogous to having a dream about someone you have never met in your waking life. The mind obviously has the ability to create entities that seem real, but have never existed in the physical world.

So do you really tune your mind to perceive another dimension? Or do you simply have a waking dream?

Describe, if you will, any experience with false awakenings from dreams you may have had. Did your experience involve hypnagogia? I had one of the most interesting dreams of my life earlier this year, and I wanted to compare my experience with any similar ones out there.

Entheogenic Oil Infusions

I read somewhere about infusing oil, DMSO, or d-limonene with entheogenic plants that could then be rubbed on the forehead, temples, inside of arms, back of knees, or genitals to achieve effects (something like what the middle ages witches did with Datura).

From what I know on the subject of oils I would say that a base of emu oil with some food grade orange oil (for the d-limonene) and food grade peppermint essential oil (to stimulate circulation to the area) would be a good place to start. You could also increase circulation a bit more with the addition of cayenne. A little DMSO might not hurt either I suppose but I like to keep things simple . . . which is one reason why I’m really interested in this idea. After doing a bit more reading though, SWIM is leaning towards maybe leaving the DMSO out.

Does anybody have any experience/info about this? I’d really like to find out more about method.

Can the active compounds of most entheogenic plants be extracted from plant material just by infusing oil, DMSO, or d-limonene with it or would there have to be some extra steps?

Does anybody have a list of what entheogenic compounds are fat soluble?

Any ideas about the solubility/saturation of various compounds in oils? I know that THC is and would suppose Dimitri would be too since there’s a d-limonene tek for it (or is it something else about the d-limonene that makes it soluble?).

How about infusing the oil with a spice containing plant material . . . would it then contain (extract) spice?

Any suggestions about technique and/or dose?

so i just got an interesting email from a well respected researcher on entheogens who pointed this out to me...

"One of the most amazing things I encountered while in Oz was people taking dried caapi leaf and making it into a 30-50% smoking blend with Acacia resin (using alcohol or something to get it to stick to the leaf) The results were somewhere in between smoked acacia and oral ayahuasca in effects and duration. Much more clear than oral ayahuasca athough."

A DMT discovery next to a large body of water.

There in the sky was a rotating funnel looking device, coverd in symbols and motifs that were actually alive. One could look at it and admire it, or look away. If you looked away, you could still see it out of the corner of your eye.

It was a self sustained device of sorts that one could observe while processing large amounts of DMT in the nervous system.

As to the location of this device, it was 1000 feet above the Masonic lodge, on shore in Midland Ontario, Canada.
Also, this location is the exact spot were the very FIRST Europeans (Jesuits) in Canada landed, the end of the St. lawrence river.
Also the site of a enormous native colony The Iroquois (now called St. Marie among the Hurons) before Europeans came.

After much thought, friends and I think that this spinning funnel is some kind gaian vortex, a device that illuminates the giain spirit and is an access point for creativity/imagination.

the last hundred or so years has been a bender to pollute the water, destroying the memory in the water, closing the gaian vortexs, closing the masses conection to the gaian spirit, which enbables something as rediculous as religion to enslave the people.

When one is on DMT, a connection can be achieved briefly.

dmt given to small children and pregnant women in Brazil

Why is it, that I see in Brazil where I spend much of my time, that the use of an ayahuascha (dmt + maoi) as a sacrament is common practice in the UDV, Santo Diame, and Barquina religious organizations with inclusion of the small children and pregnant women drinking the ayahuascha, and in North America and Europe sacred medicines aren't recognized as real or safe and are demonized by the general populations. Who has worked so hard to spread false information about these sacred medicines and why?

In North America one could risk having ones children taken away by the state by offering them the sacrament. Indeed we live in a secret society much like the Christians under the Romans. This would be like the state outlawing citizens from eating the wafer, the body of Christ, jail time for drinking the wine that symbolizes his blood; because they provided a connection with the spirtual. What's going on here?

A few years back when the whole world was following the U.S. in its drug scheduling mania, all psychedelics presently existing and all that might be found in the future became schedule 1, not useful in any way and unavailable for research. But Brazil, at the same time, decided to scientifically study the facts about ayahuascha, before just sweeping it away under the rug. They did this in part because ayahuascha had been used by the indigenous peoples in the Amazon for hundreds of years and the three above religious organizations used it as a sacrament and had for many years. The government had a large group of people in these "churches" who could be the subjects of investigation. The results were that the users of these sacraments were more productive, better adjusted, mentally and physically healtier than the average person. No ill effects were found and many positives came to light. Including almost a total cure for alcoholics and the addictive drug users.

Light. Many of the individual local congregations of these "churches" appear listed in the phone book in Brazil. The names enchant me. They are usually combinations of words that say in many various ways "witnesses of the flowering and flowing light". We who have taken strong doses of entheogens have usually seen this. But not only have we seen that, but with it comes a teaching of the connectedness of all life, all matter and energy, a spaciousness, a deep love, an awe. One comes away a better person, with new lessons, wanting and knowing how to be a better person. You have seen the light. You have seen how the whole universe comes together, how it is one and at the same time these many parts. How matter and energy interchange and neither are created or destroyed. Like Einstein calculated, we see and know.

At times in my life I have been a practicing member of Christianity and various Eastern religions. For me, in Christianity I achieved a warmth of heart and a hope for mystery, but not a deep connection. In Eastern religions I came, after years of practice, to feel centered and experience visions, quite moving senses of unity and mystery, that were very profound. But compare that to my experiences with heroic ayahuascha, dmt, and large dose LSD etc. and there's a very big difference. The sacred medicines produce in me what the ancient prophets might have seen, what they hoped to see, but I doubt even they saw as clearly and truely as we all have the opportunity to see, feel and be at this time in history.

So why are the Abrahamic religions state-sactioned and the true sacraments prohibited? Why I can't think of an American president who either wasn't a Christian or had to pretend to be in order to get in office. Freedom of Religion? Freedom of religion sacraficed for economic progress perhaps. Just what all the great faiths warned against - putting the material above the spiritual. As Nixon said, "These psychedelics pose the gravest threat to our society". Yes, one is more likely to work less in the rat race if using the sacraments. Maybe to find something meaningful to work at in one's life, rather than be part of the corporate machine. To quote the last Pope, "Work was made for man, man was not made for work". And upon experiencing entheogens one can be so dazzled by the jewel quality of a flower, or a leaf or anything that to want to consume a lot of plastic, shiney consumer goods seems empty. So the consumer economy is threatened by sacred medicines. But we can restructure our own society; we can have it the way we want it and need not fall off the edge of the earth. Do we need to wait until population and extreme consumerism deplete the very life of our home planet? No. Can the sacred medicines really change things on a planetary level? Yes, they can. Today in Brazil and now in Argentina NO drug use offense carries a jail time penalty.

But the population explosion and the consumer economies gone wild have drained the world of its resorces, polluted its water and skies, and left populations spiritually bankrupt. So to me it looks like that which could correct these imballances, is what has been prohibited.
I can envision a society where children reaching adolescence can have a rite of passage into adulthood. A sacred ceremony with their friends and parents, with a shaman or priest, in the wild, with a fire, with animals, to be baptized into the spirit while seeing, feeling and being in the spirit. Thereby being better citizens, caretakers of the planet, and probably better members of a world unified spiritual congregation that will replace the old impotant, war making religions where the old gods had the chosen, the sacred, the saved pitted against the demon unbelivers that should be eliminated. Truely, wickedness can be transformed into goodness. Lead can be made into gold.

I'm a dreamer, but as you have probably seen, that is how energy takes the turn to formally come into being reality. From what I've seen while in the light, I think that if many, many people saw the sacred world in every grain of sand, the heaven in every wild flower, held infinity in the palm of their hand, and saw eternity in the hour that we would live in a very improved world. And you and I being here under grace have already begun.

Hello!

I'm very glad I found this community, I've been looking for a community similar to this for some time.

Many of you seem to know a lot about "Spice" and furthermore, you respect it (if you know what I mean) and that is something I value.

I'm new to everything psychedelic and have yet to try Spice.

The thing is, I live in Iceland and it's impossible (well, nothing is impossible, but HARD) to get a hold of it here. I was wondering, since I'm almost certainly going to see The Mars Volta perform in Camden, London on July 16th, if someone here would be able to help me in attaining my first ever DMT experience.

I realize what I am asking, but hope that someone here can help me or lead me to the right direction. If that person is here and would rather talk about it privately, I encourage you to ask for my e-mail or contact me through tribe.

Today, 2:31 AM
There has been a lot of debate as to what role DMT plays in our sleep patterns and dream'

This experiment was conducted over a 43 hour period'

Swim had been awake 27 hours after ingesting LSD and MDMA and was extremley tired'

50mg of nn-DMT was vapourised and inhaled' (the usual nn-DMT experience was had) followed by a further 50mg'

The spice cleared all the receptors and upon return, within 10 minutes it was experienced that swim was extremly refreshed, had no lag from the L or the M' and definitaly none from the spice'
ate a hearty breakfast then went for long walk in the woods'

No residual effect from the L or M was experienced'

The spice resset of what the L and M had depleted in the seretonin pathways and left swim feeling as though they had had a very good nites sleep'

Swim was able to go on opporating normally, alert and comfortable of body for a further 16 hours'
Driving some 240 miles that following day with no tiredness experienced whatsoever'

The experiment was stopped as of when swim's blood pressure rose slightly' possibly due to being in an upright position for 43 hours without the usual 6 hours laying prostate every 18-20 hours as would have been the normal senario'~

So I would hazzard a guess here and say that DMT is released within the brain as of when we sleep'
it ressets the receptor pathways, bringing the chemical balance back to normal levels and also enables the chakra system to be recharged'

No tiredness whatsover ever was experienced again until 43 hours had elapsed' as of when swim went to bed and slept soundly for 7 hours'
No dreams at all where experienced as of this 7 hour sleep'
Upon rising swim felt refreshed and very alive, the same as was felt after coming back from 50mgx2 nn-DMT'

Swim did not dream again until the following nite as of when swim went to bed'
The dreams experienced where very vivid and colourful and very easy to recal'~

Short and sweet and acurate'

origin of term "spice" & first impressions

I tried it for the first time, about 40mg smoked.
I didn't know that its nickname was "spice" but my trip was all about "spice" . There was a female entity, a sort of god queen of spice, and she told me this was the spice that many search for, and this is what it is like.
What it was like was so fucking weird, of course, you probably remember your first time.....

I have lots of experience with other psychs and nothing ever has even come close to the shock of the first 10 minutes of this.

I did it a bit later, a much smaller dose so I could see what it was actually like since I had some amnesia about the first time. that was a lot better. If I had only done it the first time I might have never done it again, but after my second 15-20mg dose I felt very comfortable with it and appreciative of it.

anyway, where does the whole "spice" thing come from? It was so strange that I knew that was the best name for it without having heard if before. I was thinking maybe the fact that I thought of it as spice came from the Dune books before I read some posts here and realized that was a common slang expression for it.

I'm new to this group, and to Tribe, and I wanted to share this experience with you.
The first and only DMT experience I've had took place earlier this year. The setting was very good,( an empty field at midnight, with blankets to lie on), and I was with my very good friend and fellow psychonaut. The experience was positive, mind-blowing, wordless etc.., but thats not what I want to focus on. It's what happened immediately after "coming down". Now, we had been drinking a little, not to mention taking Nitrous,and I had been smoking cigarettes. So, my first reaction after snapping back to "reality" was.." That was fuckin unbelievable!!! ..and now I'm going to throw up!!"So here I was, doubled over puking , and all of a sudden , I was filled with this immense sadness. Tears were streaming down my face, I'm sobbing hysterically, and I'm thinking "whats going on?" ( At this point my friend had gone inside to get me some water.) Then , I realized what was happening. A year earlier , my Father had died of Cancer. All of the pent up grief, which I hadn't allowed myself to feel , all the rage, literally exploded out of me. Everything I had been holding back , engulfed me. I purged myself, holding nothing back. At this point, my friend, who I regard as a true Shaman, came up to me, gave me some water, and put his arm around me. I was completely silent about what had happened , but he Knew. His mom, step-dad, and real father, had all died earlier in the year. He said" It's OK, I've been going thru the same thing as you. I was just waiting for this moment." At that moment, as sure as if he were standing right next to me, I FELT the presence of my Father. He was right with me!! Now, It's hard to put into words, but his Spirit was definitely there with me. I was overcome with emotion, I spoke to him then, all the things I wasn't able to tell him before he passed...I made peace with him, ( we had a rocky relationship) told him I loved him, and I was sorry. And then he spoke to me, giving me a personal message, which I won't relate here.And then, just as suddenly as he appeared, he was gone. When I told my mom what had happened, (she's an old hippie and very open-minded,)she burst into tears.
Reading over this, it seems very corny somehow, but that doesn't detract from the Realness and Immensity of the event. I believe that I really did contact the Spirit of my dead father that night, and we were able to reconcile and move on.
Afterwords, I was listening to some Terrance McKenna audio interviews ....He says something like..."When we asked the Shamans what the Ayuasca allowed them to do, they said it let them speak to their ancestors, which is a very nice way of saying..dead people"

Just wanted to re-cap a little

On takes a pull on the spice pipe. One can feel the building energy within. For me, in order for the trip to unroll smoothly, I have to start deep breathing, slow and paced, if I dont do this, sometimes i experience body pains, my teeth feel really sharp on my tounge and this bothers me. So i try to sit still.
I notice that the energy or what ever you want to call it, some sort of bonding agent takes hold and the sences are affected.
With the eyes open, say starring into tree branches, one will notice that the architechure of the branches is changed, for me ,themes of art nuvo are apparent, only what comes thru the art nuvo is this very weird smiling zanyish andgrogynous force that resembles a speices of some sort.

True this could be said of humans, we are more a force that resembles a creature, what we call a smile is just the essence of feeling coming from a group of particles we call a mouth.

Anyway, does anyone have any idea what this "force" is that is attached to life, is flowing thru us and can be accessed using DMT, and seen because we have evolved over billions of years to do just so.

Also, if this force has been here since the beggining, and it has had a face and mouth this whole time, since the beggining, then that would mean that we have evolved over time into its own image, doing as we do have mouths, eyes also. Has the purpose of life largely been to make contact with this force, understanding its connection with the 3rd demension

I have been the last 6-7 years in rainforest villages in central and so. america, but I am up north here in california for an operation and I got a new laptop and have been connecting to this and other websites and I have to commend you all that while I've been out of contact with electicity and all you guys up here have been very busy little fuckers. When I listen to these talk on windows media player there oftentimes are these most beautiful patterns like ayahuasca visions. Does media player automatically add these, or do they come with the talk? Can I make them myself? Last year I was able to isolate n,n dimethyltryptamine from mhrb with the help of some of you kinds folks. I smoked it 3 times, and found it rather unsettling, especially the way you are instantaneously here, then, there. Freaky. Anyway, I'm glad I did it. it was a good overall experience, however, i have come to the realization that, while you all are my friends, I just am not that interested in this strange and unique chemical anymore.
I am glad I had the experience, it was certainly interesting, but for me, there is nothing to learn from it- it's just another strange psychedelic drug.
I have had no great revelations from it, but it was worth doing. Goodbye, spice.

Interesting topic on the radio

Was listening to one of my favorite radio shows last night. It is called "Coast to Coast".
Usually they have people calling in about how they have been abducted by aliens and later gang raped or how elvis is, according to some prophecy, going to have sex with big foot and bring on the rapture.

Last nights program was slightly different. It was a true gem. The discussion was about Black holes, worm holes and how DMT, and Ayahausca are all intertwined with the human soul. I sure do wish I could remember the name of the scientist but he was doing a lot of talking about Dr. Strassman as well as a few others who have studied the Spice.

I guess this was more or less a pointless topic to post, I just found it interesting and though of this forum.

Forces and the light body'

As of when we are in our so called normal mind state' we accept and live with the forces that act upon us' we take them for granted'
Mind filters and body perception filters fit as mold we are accustomed too'

Now add a bit of fuel to the equation' a good hit of spice'~

Mind loses it's perception of body' our consciousness light body expands, if we hit it right we take off' the only feeling felt is of flying extremely fast in a sea of light' swirling and exchanging' always evolving, never returning to the same'
If we don't hit it quite right we break through, but experience and enormous amount of G-Force, as if we are being crushed' if we move physically, we are not weighed down'

So my question to you is of what force is acting upon us as of when the spice takes the filters down' I got answers that I have put through ceremony'

Of what is you reflections on this phenomena'

Of when you are blasted out of body and mind normal perception, how come the light body does not just explode and disappear, how come it knows of where to come back too as of when you die to self completely'

How come you still have a semblance of conscious thought focused as and atom in a sea of expressive light'~

Very modified response to spice in combination with gabapentin

Something has really changed and you should know about this. A friend of mine is type I diabetic, insulin dependent, and has been suffering from increasing neuropathy in his feet. Been using a drug called gabapentin and he had been increasing the dose which diminishes the excruciating pain in his feet. This drug is also used to control seizures, which he doesn't have. He said that when he took 1200 mg of gabapentin yesterday and did ceremony, there was no effect. Larger dose, no effect. Very dismayed he said. he was. So today he decreased the gab.dose to 400 mg. and just spice. The effect was totally different than ever before, he said. No emotional hesitation at all. And with much spice, a controlled effect, but very psychedelic. Very, he emphasised. So he can see that this gabapentin can moderate the effects. No total physical swoon or crossover into other world, can walk around and fuction perfectly, but he's as psychedelic as can be. Really different. It eliminated any hesitation one might have to proceed to deeper levels, he says Now he wants to decrease the dose of the gab. to be able to cross over, however he doesn't think he can tolerate the foot pain to do that. Now he has been on the gab. for about a month slowly increasing the dose and so maybe it takes a while to get acclimated in the system. He said the effect at first was a sleepiness, which has gone away (but he uses health food vitamins to increase energy to compensate). Someone should try this, because this is an entirely different spice use and the effect was different in many ways. Just had to report. Please if anyone tries this please let me know so I can relay the info to him.
